Correct with only one single caveat. in Report Builder 3.0, the @Variables have to be separate each with it's own DECLARE statement. That's about it. Thank you for the help!

ajeh's method kinda worked, but didn't get me the result I wanted. When I run the query, IF there is data, it returns the date and count... but when there is nothing, I need the date and a count of 0, it currently returns nothing.
