I've worked in software since 2008. I'm very average. I like welding, woodworking, fishing, 3d printing, writing code, playing guitar, making beer, 3d modeling, and a million things I don't actually have enough time to do. I love my son and baseball and that my son loves baseball.

I have no tolerance for nonsense which is what I confront daily. Apply logic and common sense to all things. Use pragmatism over ideology. Smart folks know how to ask stupid questions. Know how to be wrong and learn from it. Answer questions and contribute to knowledge and understanding or get out of the way.
